The article is the best “declension key” in Greek. Memorize it cold.
Parsing order to write every time

Three rules worth writing under the article
- Neuter rule: nominative = accusative = vocative; neuter plural ends in -α.
- Plural vocative is always the same as plural nominative.
- The article normally has no vocative form.
